• Left click the group you want to configure so it is highlighted in blue.
• Click on Configuration and Config Management...

• Click on Mode tab.

Capture

Active Mode - This mode of operation will let your users know that the program is running. A blue PC icon will appear in the system tray and when a violation occurs, the following screen will appear:

Any combination of warn, capture and close can be used with active mode.

Stealth Mode - This mode of operation will not make its presence known to your users. The blue PC icon will not appear in the system tray and the Prohibited Area screen (see above) will not appear when a violation occurs. Any combination of capture and close can be used with stealth mode.

Capture - The program will take a screen capture (stored in the Admin Console) when a violating word/phrase from either built-in library (child predator or built in) or user defined library is seen in any application.

Close - The program will shut down the application where the violating word/phrase is seen.

Warn - The program will warn the user with the Prohibited Area screen (see above) when a violating word/phrase is seen. NOTE: This option will only work in the Active mode of operation.

Policy

Bootup Policy - This option will have your Acceptable Use Policy displayed at boot up with the choice of Accept or Decline. Accept and the Windows session will continue, decline and the computer will shut down.

Policy Log - This option has the Admin Console log each time your Acceptable Use Policy is accepted or declined on a per user basis.

Disallow Policy Applications for unlogged users - This option will not allow unlogged users access applications that prompt your Acceptable Use Policy.

Library

Child Predator Library - A secondary built-in library that has words/phrases that predators and pedophiles use to lure children into giving personal information about themselves.

Built in Library - The primary built-in library that has words/phrases that are sexually explicit and pornographic in nature.

Less Restrictive - Removes words/phrases that have minimal sexual connotation.

More Restrictive - Includes all of the words/phrases from our built-in library.

Profile

Profile refresh delay - Each time a change has been made within the Admin Console the following screen will appear:

By clicking Yes, the profile will immediately be updated on the client side. By clicking No, the program will wait (in hours) for the profile refresh delay. The profile refresh delay can be set between 1 and 100 hours.

Violation check delay - This option is how often the application looks for violating word/phrases from both built-in libraries and the user defined library. It can be configured to check between 10 and 100 seconds.
