  • Left click the group you want to configure so it is highlighted in blue.

  • Click on "Configuration" and "Config Management..."

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Click on Policy tab.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Policy Text: This is where you add your Acceptable Use Policy to be displayed on either bootup or for individual application use. We include a generic AUP that can be used, added to or completely removed.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Application List: This feature is where individual applications are added to prompt your Acceptable Use Policy before accessed is granted. Each application can prompt your AUP either Every time, once Daily or once Weekly. Examples of applications are: winword.exe (Word), excel.exe (Excel), outlook.exe (Outlook), iexplore.exe (Internet Explorer) and sol.exe (Solitaire).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • To add the application name to the policy application list click "Add Application"

  • Administrator can either choose the application from the list or specify the application name by directly typing the name or browsing for the executable.

  • Choose Applications from List

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Specify Application executable

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • If the application name is already present in the "Policy Application List" then it is prompted as below.

 

 

 

 

  • If the application name is not specified in valid format then it is prompted as below.
