The
Library Management:
feature allows the administrator
to define his own list of words, phrases and jargon.
Any
word listed in the Admin Defined Library will
have the same configuration settings as those in the
build in library (for example active mode set to
capture and close the application). All of the words
and/or phrases within the Admin Defined Library
will be treated as a violation when detected.
Words, phrases and
jargon entered into the Disable Word Library will
disable any word within any library. Ex. If a word in
the built in library is creating violations and it does
not violate the designated policy, then you can disable
this word or phrase by adding it to the Disable Word
Library.
Types
of Checking
1.
Embedded: Embedded words are words that are part
of a whole word or a whole word by itself.
Example: if 'Can' was embedded, then the word 'Canada'
would trigger violations because 'Can' was
contained inside 'Canada'.
2. Non-embedded: Non-embedded words are
whole words, not parts of words. Example: if 'Can'
was non-embedded, then the word 'Canada' would not
trigger. It would trigger only if it sees the word 'Can'
by itself.
NOTE:
Within the Types of Checking, the terms are not case
sensitive.
