Main screen:
  • The main console has  explorer like functions with the computer/group list on the left pane and the corresponding user violations on the right. A thumbnail of the screen capture is presented.
  • Multiple groups with different configurations can be set up within the left pane by clicking on group in the tool bar. Each user can be individually or multiply dragged and dropped into any group.

 

  • By clicking on any machine in left pane, it will display that machine's user violation information in the right pane. The capture view can be refreshed by using the 'F5' key or by using the refresh icon in the toolbar or menu item.
  • When the administrator changes the profile the administrator will be prompted with an option of immediate update the profile settings on all the clients. It can also be done at any time by selecting the menu "Configuration-Apply Profile" or selecting the "Apply" icon in the toolbar.
  • The delete key is supported for deleting selected screen capture information.  
  • The 'CTRL+A' key function for selecting all capture information is supported.
  • If the machine icon (in the left pane) is red this machine has new violations. If the violation icon (the right pane) is red this means it is a new capture and has not been viewed.
  • To magnify the capture, double click on the capture information or thumbnail.

NOTE: Once a screen capture has been deleted, it cannot be retrieved.

Password :
  • A warning screen is displayed whenever the administrator tries to change the password settings.







  • The administrator can set a new password for starting the main console using the set password dialog box.

 

NOTE: If the administrator looses or forgets the password, the entire application will have to be re-installed. A lost/forgotten password cannot be recovered or restored.
