Management
has been responsible for a wide range of developmental tasks over the past 20 years. Primary functions have included engineering management, software design management and software commercialization activities. Previous software designs include custom database engines for the U.S. Government, specialized text gathering resident utilities, and speech recognition and surveillance technology. Mr. Bastian was recently (9/99) been appointed by the Speaker of The House, J. Dennis Hastert, to the COPA commission on on-line safety.
